Online Manuals

Postby Macca » Tue Jun 29, 2004 7:46 pm

OK well this is a bad time as they have disabled the downloads until they find a new host...

Anyway some of you may or may not know this but:

http://www.replacementdocs.com

Has some cracking manuals online, well when they're back up it does... I do have a DVD full of them (all PDF) somewhere - will try and find that for you guys...

There is no ST in the list, didn't they have any manuals for ST?

Yes they did - however as I said they're looking for a new host so everything is blank.

Most of the Atari ST manuals I grabbed were Amiga / Atari ST. Also if you send them in manuals they will upload them so you can use it as a archive.

Manuals must be scanned in and converted to PDF - they use quality scans as well so it's easier to read - on my collection over 2 DVD's which I can't locate at the moment is a ton of ST manuals which I'll be happy to put here once I've found them again - lol

Macca,

Is there any way I could get copies of the manuals you have. The site you mentioned doesn't seem to carry ST game docs anymore.

Yep .. was a great site whilst it lasted. Got all the console ones whilst I could .. never managed to get the Amiga / ST related ones :(
My main site: http://www.mug-uk.co.uk - slowly digging up the bits from my past (and re-working a few): Atari ST, Sega 8-bit (game hacks) and NDS (Music ripping guide).

I develop a free Word (for Windows) add-in that's available for Word 2007 upwards. It's a fix-it toolbox that will allow power Word users to fix document errors. You can find it at: http://www.mikestoolbox.co.uk
