Resources for whoever is interested in porting 'DSOTS'

Postby djulzz » Sun Jul 29, 2007 4:10 am

The following is a BMP that took me much time to create. It is the tiles in the "megadistorter" of "dark side of the spoon". I'll post the font later.

Yes, -->SOME<-- of the tiles I posted can be found there. But to collect the missing ones, you have to run the "parallax distorter" and make several screenshots (which I did). I'll post the font later with its specs (W, H, special cases ...). Thank you for having pointed me to the sample used, though, I was really struggling with soundforge. Cheers,

Julien

By the way, if someone happens to have the full charset for this font available, I'd appreciate being able to complete mine ...

Sorry for the 9 year resurrection on this one :-D

Does that mean you have IFF reading code then Georges? I know NeoMaster raster image files save as IFF with a RAST chunk so interested to see you split them out.

I have no idea how these files were made. They are simply there. I guess for the demo I saved as NEO and RST and imported that into the demo.
