Hi all,

Eventually when I get my other ST upgrades finished, i was to build a TOS ROM update board. Now using 2 1MB ROM's is easy, though There are im sure 16bit programmable flash roms out there ? I'm either going blind or mad becasue im sure they exsist but cant find anything, anyone got any ideas ??

They are out there alright. But expect them to be expensive.

I searched for many months before I could round up F030 TOS EPROMs at a fair price.

All PCs today use 8 bit flash eproms, and very few other applications use 16 bit eproms. So they are not common, and when you find them, expensive.

Stick with the normal 8 bit EPROMs, there's plenty out there, and they are cheap.
