Lindy trackball.

Postby Atarieterno » Wed Jan 16, 2019 7:38 pm

Hello;
I found a Lindy trackball and I would like to share my opinion with you.
It is a device that could be installed in a pneumatic hammer that awakens us affectionately when used in public works of the street, it is large, heavy and resistant. Their axes of rotation have bearings and their buttons are large and resistant.
But I imagine that its design is mainly intended for video games, to use it with programs and environment tasks WIMP is not comfortable: it has the buttons too far away from the ball, and for example dragging an icon or a window is difficult, or you need a hand like the incredible Hulk.
Regards.

Wow, the height of the base is also mega huge.
It quite looks like an arcade machine trackball, indeed.

Yeah, it looks like an arcade type.
Look at the difference compared to the white trackball, the separation of the buttons.
