Mega STE Joystick Port

Postby christos » Thu Aug 30, 2018 5:44 am

Hello,

I was trying to make my own PS2 controller to atari joystick adapter using Arduino and while the directionals worked perfectly I couldn't get the fire button to work. Looking into it with my trusted volltometer I noticed that the Mega outputs a 0.3V current at pin 6 every few milliseconds which means that there is always some voltage. Anyone else noticed that? Does it only happen on the Mega STE (only on mine)?

It's not a "floating" signal, then? Pullup?
Ain't no space like PeP-space.
