Another positive experience with ST2VGA adapter and NEC 1990FX LCD monitor, as reported by M. Keenleyside through a Facebook message, after a purchse of ST2VGA from me.

A very cheap DENVER TFD-1506 15" LCD TV/DVD player combo does 15 kHz over VGA nicely too, using ST2VGA adapter. ST High is unfortunatelly aligned to top LCD border and I still have not found the way to change from 16:9 to 4:3 aspect ratio.

I can contribute that the NEC MultiSync LCD1970NXP monitor that other colleagues have cataloged as functional for ST resolutions, it does not work for me.
There may be two different versions of this monitor depending on the date of manufacture.
The monitor works perfectly with the TT in all resolutions (including ST mode), but not with ST computers.

ST/fm/e, STacy, Mega ST/e, TT, Falcon, C-Lab MKX... and more music tools.

I've got a NEC MultiSync LCD 1990NXp that's working fine in both low and high modes and also with AutoSwitch-Overscan active in high (672x480 with jail bars).

There's a sticker on the back with rev. 1 B.

Samsung Multisync 940B - only high resolution. Saw a comment at another wiki that the 940BE worked with 15kHz so gave it a shot.

I just bought NEC AccuSync LCD91vm and it do not work in 15KHz with Falcon.
I bought it since numerous people praise NEC AccuSync LCD71vm on Amiga but it seems that his bigger brother does not work in 15KHz :(

On other hand, NEC MultiSync LCD1970nx does work, and it have great picture (PVA ili PVM panel!) but on Amiga it will not display bottom 14 lines (or something like that) in certain resolutions.

btw
NEC MultiSync LCD1400M does not in 15KHz...

and we should definitively have wiki for such topic.
Hope that mpattonm will compile all data in first post but it would be easy if everyone could edit and maintain this database...

I have a Philips LED TV REF 22PFH4000/88 connected to a 4 MEG STE, more info here:
https://www.philips.co.uk/c-p/22PFH4000_88/4000-series-full-hd-slim-led-tv-with-digital-crystal-clear/specifications

And it works very well using the SCART input: Only MED/LOW res are available.
With ST2VGA using VGA input: HIGH/MED/LOW res are available.

It has to be said regarding HIGHRES that the image is not centered and is shifted to the upper side of the screen area, and the rendering is done NOT in black and white colors but something like a darker deep green.

Same result with A ProLite E2483HS-B1 LED MONITOR from iiyama (in Monochrome of course, i did not test the others resolutions because at that time i had no ST2VGA Adapter).

Hope this HELPS.

I think that we should have list with monitors that do not work!

From my example: I bought Nec LCD91V since I know that Nec LCD71V work so my assumption was that LCD91V should work.

The now-dead wiki had a list where we noted both working and non-working ones, yes ...

This is good note to add to the list.
Dose the monitor support 4:3 when displaying an Atari signal, and in what resolutions...
