19 pin d types order

Postby exxos » Sat Oct 11, 2008 9:47 am

I can obtain a large amount of these, ex-the housing unfortunatly, 50p each +p+p. I have a stock of them also and looking to clear these out to save some space.

also have a small bag full of 9pin Dtype plugs 10p each, and lots of 25way dtype sockets 10p each..

...Not sure if this topic should be in the FS section.... ?

That's a nice item to get Chris. Get some bulk 25pin scsi 2 cable cheap, chop the ends off, solder up the 19 pins+earth and you've got yourself a load of Atari DMA cables.

true, but it would only be cables, not actual SCSI DMA cables with the built in interface. would be nice if ICD gave us the source code to make them tho!

You'd be surprised how many people out there are after an ordinary DMA cable. True it would be fantastic if we had the Link/Link II/ Link 96/97 to stick on the end of one but that isn't very likely.

If there is a demand for cables then they can be made up. I don't have room to keep stock of stuff so would only be in bulk buys to a supplier.

I've been asked a lot about din/dtypes, I will try and locate a source for these. I suspect then can be brought, but also suspect a lot of us would have to chip in for the MOQ no doubt...

Very true. They aren't too easy to come by. You always have one less than you need.
