Scooter-PCB to Gerber?

Postby Gaiyan » Sun Jun 18, 2017 7:43 am

Hi,

Can someone tell me how to get a Scooter-PCB into Gerber? I hear it's possible but can't figure out how. Thanks.

Josh.

There is either a plotter or printer driver PRG included.
But be aware: ScooterPCB (Atari) macro's drill holes are probably NOT correct (confirmed by Mr.Kahlert).
Second: ScooterPCB (Atari) can only plot RS-274-D. This is obsolete and almost no PCB manufacturer accepts it! Use the Windows version of ScooterPCB to create the newer RS-274-X.
All in all: I dropped designing PCBs with ScooterPCB totally. It's obsolete and still has some errors that can drive you crazy!
