Making Disk

Can someone tell me how to make a ".st" file from Pc ? Which tool do you use ?

Sorry, but no possibilities to add files...

That's written in the french documentation : "• Copie de fichiers par glisser/déposer. Cette fonction n'est utilisable pour le moment que pour
transférer des fichiers vers une image disque avec comme source une image disque ou
l'explorateur. Cela permet de copier un ou plusieurs fichiers sélectionnés vers la partie fichiers
ou répertoire d'une quelconque fenêtre image disque.

I would recommend HxC Floppy Emulator. It has the ability to create .ST and other formats.

Run it, click on Disk Browser, then select the disk format you want and click the Create Disk button.

You can then drag files into the window to add them.

When you are done, click the Save/Export button and select Atari ST ST file (*.ST)

Your favorite emulator (Steem, Hatari) with virtual PC hard disks is another handy method I like to use.
