MiSTer RGB

Postby NML32 » Thu Feb 01, 2018 3:28 pm

I hooked my MiSTer up to my Sony PVM20M2MDU RGB Monitor and was pleasantly surprised how many cores worked. :cheers: Some of the cores may be slightly off center but not bad at all. My Sony PVM has a button for Overscan and Underscan that came in handy for a few of the cores.

MiSTer config setting for my setup.
forced_scandoubler=0
composite_sync=1
My RGB cable is a VGA to BNC

If anyone is interested I recorded my results.

@Sorgelig would it be possible to add a hotkey or long press a MiSTer button to switch between VGA and RGB like you did for the MiST?

I will see.
VGA convenience comes only after HDMI convenience on MiSTer. It's mostly video output for debugging than everyday usage.
