This beauty is already at home, it is thicker than I expected and it is built at the old style: a lot of metal and little plastic, it weighs a lot.

software looks reliable I love the ease and layout

the mixer itself is very unaffected by time ... timeless!

ill check my software heap
I know there is mixer maps in Cubase ,
is there one in there for your dmp7 to get u started mixing while we check for dmp7 software

I have not seen that Cubase map for this mixer. The software is for the pleasure of seeing how motorized faders move, controlled from the Atari computer, launching from predefined configurations and also in real time.

I don't think you're the only one, but it's a possibility.

I have written a few over the years, patch scripts and MIDI device panels for the modern version of Cubase too.

its so fundamental to end user cause then u know exactly what slider does what function . also best to become over familiar with each device and learn all about each instrument

I think the first one I did was for the Yamaha FX-500 and the last one was for the Novation Drumstation and most of what I have done is out there but for myself I tend to make project specific Mixer Maps that cover multiple instruments. I have been meaning to add a few new ones to the old library, for example I have completed all the checksums and documented all the parameters for the Boss SX-700 in an exercise book but I just haven't gotten around to actually sitting down in front of Cubase to do a complete Mixer Map for other Cubase users.

I did one for the meeblip se and seildk80
many others enjoy having added control over the parameters

If you want, share any map created for Cubase Atari, it is possible that some dinosaur can take advantage of it with its faithful ST.

There is in fact a Cubase Mixer Map for the DMP7 which could be handy even though you will probably still want to hunt down the editor and it's dongle for your collection.
