In four days time I'm going to be responsible for showcasing ST demos at a retro party - side by side with someone doing the same on an Amiga. Since I'm extremely old school myself I need some help in coming up with a list of good things to show - that don't require much navigation in old school ST game-demo-menus.

I did look into the poüet-link to "STE demos with most thumbs up" - but the first one I tried (Blabla robots something) had lots of pixel errors, so, a manually curated top list would probably be best :)

I'm using a 4MB STE with the whole of Fujiology preloaded on an HxC floppy emu for this purpose. Go wild. (And yes, it means that ST demos that haven't been STE patched are a no-go)

Many thanks Steve - it does :) I'll have to check whether my Unicorn (alanh's USB host adapter) is fast enough for Drone. Even though it's so new school it hurts my eyes it is impressive ;)

So glad. There are many I took just from my yt playlist link but of course it's a 'imho' section. So I may have missed tons that you like? Drone blew me away, presentation wise it's just so spot on perfect. Jaw dropping! But I could waffle on about all those others too that i love! lol
Let us all know how it goes too :) and GL!
