well muguk I start at Wet conversion in 2000. and there is playable version for Atari ST on mono monitor. no, I didn't even try my program under MiNT!

I just ask if there is some rules that I should follow if I want to my program be able to run with memory protection under MiNT!?

Atari on Symbian

Hi,
is there any 'ongoing' Atari ST emulator for Symbian?

I use Nokia phones. I see that there is, for Palm OS, great emulator CastAway. At the end I'll buy Tungsten beside me Nokia E61 just to have Atari in my pocket :)

well... if I try to write data at same time on PC and Falcon: PC (Win2000) get freez complete and Falcon just waiting until I turn off SCSI drive. There is no data coruption. After restarting PC in won't boot (stay at Win2000 logo) until I turn of SCSI drive. I think that problem is with PC, on Falc...

ok, than I will do one test when I'am back home... I'll let PC to write e.g. 100MB of files while Atari try to do same (on same SCSI harddisc)! I found information on internet that say: SCSI have built-in logic to prevent overlaping data... or something like that. But anyhow we will do a little test...

Then I done impossible ! :) I manage to connected the SCSI hard drive AT THE SAME TIME to PC and Falcon and BOTH have access to the drive! and SCSI is designed to support more host in one chain. OK, boot wont work on Atari becous of PC compatibile mode, that is clear now, I'll but HDRIVER from flopp...

I try above example and I see that PI9 is 320*240.
I forgot to tell that I need hires 640*480 pictures in 256 colors. Sorry I didn't notice that I miss this data in my first post.
Still looking for solution.

Thank you for replay. I also find that PIx format of pictures is easy to load but I didn't know that there is PI9 format for Falcon! I have ImageCopy converter but it have output only in PI8 format (it looks like some resolution for TT). I will search converter to get PI9 pictures. Thanks to all of ...

GFA - how to load GIF, PNG, IMG... 256 color picture

Hi,
I need source in GFA Basic for loading and decompresing 256 color image (any format).
Also what do you think what would be the best format to keep 256 color picture for game on disk (size and speed are important)?
This questions are rather related to Falcon than to ST.
