Why is it doing that?

You have no startup code in your projekt file. In the library folder is pcstart.s or .o. This must bevor test.c

Code: Select all

test.prg
=
pcstart.s   ; or pcstart.o
test.c

It looks like that the cpx.h is from the german TOS Magazin 5/1992. At the end of the page you find the disk.

Maybe you use floating point. The ST version from AHCC don't support them. With PureC you can use it.

Re: guide to GEM coding with AHCC

Let me know if anything's unclear, or could be improved. In open_vwork you must set work_in[0] to 2 + Getret(). ("work_in[0] = 2 + Getrez();") https://github.com/petercrlane/sokoban/blob/master/windows.c : event_loop It is not necessary to make a #if for some messages. For example WM_SHAD...

But how would I know the details for any random .LIB? There is no way. Some lib like GEMLib or MiNTLib have the string "patchlevel" inside after this string stand the name. I have some source code with LIBs already included but I don't know what they are? Whats the name from those lib?

Re: Speedo GDOS function 0xEE ??

My guess would be that the purpose of this function is tied into the Bezier curve functions which are added to VDI as of FSMGDOS. If it detects that the driver doesn't understand opcode 238, I upload a new version of the tos.hyp with the function vq_ptsinsz . Perhaps someone can look if the descrip...

Too Bad, because it looks like that the driver install XBIOS(0x97) with do nothing. And the extend Setscreen will not work while the magic in rez is worng and there is an new magic 0x5301.

OK, opcode 238 is a function internally named vq_ptsinsz which simply returns the size of the PTSIN array in INTOUT[0]. Understand I that correct, that the function is in the driver and SpeedGDOS call them? Do you know if that function is also in FSMGDOS? Or which version from SpeedoGDOS use it?

Both Mike & me thinks that NVDI takes care of all the text output, it converts to raster (which what MS Windows does) which is great. But if a program does a vs_clip() call, it will then clip the text output to a small area. From the tst.c program I include, you can see that effect, by commenti...
