Image runners ?

I have plugged my ST again a few weeks ago, along with its UltraSatan, and wondered if there were other Image Runners than IMGRF (Image run fast) ? It's an excellent piece of software but a significant % of the menu disks or games I tried seem to crash when run (I'm not blaming the program as I didn...

Re: Booting from external floppy drive

I recall a friend of mine made a small program to directly boot on my external drive B on a STF (the internal drive was signle-sided, and the extrnal was double-sided).
I only used it to boot games but it worked fine without any hardware modification.

Re: PARCP-USB

Someone made me a PARCP parallel cable yeaaaars ago (20 ?), and I'm glad to see there's still some active support for this software!
Great news especially if some day it works like Ghostlink. Keep up the good work!

Re: R-TYPE DELUXE

BTW how much memory will the final version require? (I'm not using 4MB because long ago I had useful applications crashing with 4MB) If game needs 2MB when running from floppy, it is normal that needs more when running from hard drive Thanks for the reply. I probably missed some readme somewhere as...

Re: R-TYPE DELUXE

Hi there! Thanks for this great release!
Tried it on my 2MB STe from Ultrasatan drive: red screen. The fix asks for 4MB so I guess I'm stuck.

Re: New program: "Serial Disk"

Ghostlink may indeed run on a Falcon but the PC part requires to have DOS running on it. While DOSBox might be helpful in this case - it's still an awkward solution. True that Ghostlink needed an update on this side. Gongratulations for working on it :) I am also thinking about adding compression t...

Re: New program: "Serial Disk"

Great news! To me Ghostlink was really the perfect easy tool for someone having an Atari ST with no hard drive. It's better than the parallel (and great too) tools like ParCP, HDDaemon ot others whose names escape me. Because these tools required to run a program to make the transfers, while Ghostli...

Re: Altaïr (Ere Informatique)

Hey, a friend found back his original copy of Altaïr and helped ;)
So, to use the missile, simply press any SHIFT key.
(Those keys were used as firebutton on my emulator configuration... Really thought I tried everything though :? )

Altaïr (Ere Informatique)

Hi, I'm looking for the Altaïr shoot-them-up manual (from Ere Informatique).
Or, to be more exact, the way to shoot the missile that can be obtained by destroying the white squares in the game.
Thanks if anyone can help!

Re: looking for a very old demo (the 1st I saw !)

Well, still didn't find this demo. I'm beginning to wonder if it could not be from "the animator" by Microdeal / Michtron.
In order to check if I'm right, does anyone know if the program can be downloaded somewhere ?

Dungeon Master We went crazy when me and friends met the 1st monster. Old memories again... My brother had Music Studio with another disk filled with songs; sadly he formated this 2nd disk. 1 or 2 similar disks can be found on the net, I must have them somewhere. There's an Atari program that converts Music Studio to Midi, but I'm not sure the conversion was 100%... E...

"Action Concept" was never released. I've met a former Titus author recently, who told me everything has been trashed, with no backup to his knowledge.
Who knows, maybe some day.

Somewhere there was a trained version of Time Bandit, but that only works with early TOS IIRC. Do you have this version, Symoon? Really a good game, but I wonder if anyone managed to finish it without cheat !

Now, a Colonial Conquest in TCP/IP, that would be wonderful !

Hi,
