to be honest... i´ve seen the numen demo on a real 8bit machine and i saw the slowdown of the machine as well (thought it was a problem of my slow pc with emulation at first, geeek)... and just remember, it´s just a "demo", it means a pure 3d engine, to create a whole game out of it, it needs a lo...

just stumbled over a game, found in a magazine from 1993, there is a game called "ars regnandi" listed, a strategic political game, that was called to be available for amiga, atari and pc including a short review... it was completely in german i guess, does anybody has a copy or knows of it? yours, ...

yeps... falcon is a cool machine, but st was my first and is still my love, even if he´s waiting in my cellars for the times i will create my computers cabinet, where he can stay around with my other atari´s and the two triumph alpha machines ;)

hi there... ray´s "wolfenstein 3d" project runs well on any atari st hardware (the real one) upwards, as he is stucking a lot of work and time into squeezing out any bit of speed into his routs, he didn´t wasted any thought about emulation compatibility and i doubt he will do so as his challenge i...

Be sure to check out the "sequel" to Superfly, called "Santafly", also available at http://www.reservoir-gods.com

Anyway, our little Atari world would be so much more boring without the Reservoir Gods, keep up the good work!

Ragnarök?

Does anybody know what happened to "Ragnarök" for ST (or even Falcon only)... As far as I know the guys at Imagitec started to develop that game, there was a 2 sides long report in an ST Format magazine about it but in the end nothing saws the light of day... So what? Does anybody know about runnin...

Unfortunately I don´t agree to the last sentences, as I don´t see it as "retro gaming" as my 3 Atari´s are quite alive... Emulations never will beat this special feeling... My PS was just thought to remind to so many discussions in the ST Format magazine for example, were so many people talked ab...

.tnb. games compiles

Because of some nostalgic reason I´m on the hunt for a few games compact disx I did with my former band .tnb. (aka The Naughty Bytes)... I miss 3 disx atm, volumes 1, 2 and 3, still have the fourth (and last disk)... Those disx were released back in 1993 and contain various packed public domain gam...

game conversions

hoi lc5... there were problems in converting games in former times through the fact that the owners of the original ones surely didn´t gave away the license to produce convertions, today we face the problem that coders, that are stuck deeper in games development, are a truly rare species... since i...

monochrome games

Hi there... apart from several Dongleware games, like "Spacola" or "Oxyd" also Silmarils from France took the adventure to make their commercial games running in monochrome too, such as the Ishar series, or "Bunny Bricks"... I have seen screenshots of those games running on monochrome and they looke...

Eye Of The Beholder

Hi... in fact I liked those games and had played them on Amiga, especially part one. It´s a quite good game for beginners in RPG´s and good for hack´n´slay lovers... In fact a conversion surely would be possible to do as the Lynx preview shows, as the grafix aren´t that problematic to convert.....

Eye Of The Beholder

Hi... I seriously doubt that there was ever done something on for a ST version... ssi stopped to support the Atari ST market quite early,
even before Eye Of The Beholder was released... This rumour belongs to the same legends as about "Battle Isle" and so on...
