The sources are available, not sure where but I downloaded them in 97 or 98 and I can tell you that the cube is done by mapping pre-calculated snapshots of the fractal onto the surfaces and then zoom between them to make it look smoother.

Not incredibly exciting I'm afraid.

Team17 never released any ST games, I doubt they ever even considered porting an amiga game. Having said that, a few years ago I found an ST gathering dust in a book shelf down the design department (I used to work for Team17). Dont know if it belonged to the company or one of its employees. Apparently it was being converted by Colin Hughes (Chronicles of Omega fame) but work was stopped after first level or so because he didnt receive the money he was promised.

I remember having a HighSpeed40 in my first falcon. This was in 1996 and you could switch between 20 and 40MHz cpu. It was pretty useless because it scrambled the RGB signal for some reason. Which, at the time, was very annoying since pretty much every demo back then was made for RGB and not VGA. It...
