Re: Atari TT - speaker off

I know that for the Falcon in GFA it is a simple Spoke instruction, don't know if that also works for a TT. Have to try, if so then its easy to make a .prg :)

or maybe this topic ?

Re: FS: Falcon (14MB/FPU/NVRAM/1GB CF) with new Box

Come on... what community? I could vouch for maybe 10-15 members of this forum that they are true Atari enthusiasts and are not going to relist it on eBay next month. I sold my Falcon on here for a reasonable price and to a developer. My point is, why not try first then eBay if there is no success....

Re: FS: Falcon (14MB/FPU/NVRAM/1GB CF) with new Box

I agree with Robson, also in the FB group there is always a lot to do about prices. I tried it 3 times with different models of computers, "just make me a offer" and then no one comes. Or in the end you get such a low offer that it was a waste of time. But when you ask what is this worth t...

Re: Considering buying an Atari after a long break

What are you looking for ? I have an extra Atari Mega STE, Atari TT and also Atari Falcon which is in "silent" sale... Thanks! Well, primarily I'd be interested in a TT if the price is affordable. The Mega STE would be a close 2nd choice. Can you please provide specs and pics for both mac...

Re: FireBee housing

Looks good :) So there are 3 places for 3.5 inch hardware or how do I have to see the extra space ? Maybe an 5,25 for a drive (and a front opening)although these also seem to get more and more obsolete.

Re: 1 gig flash IDE drive

I had a Falcon that used a flash drive from Corsair. Also a 1Gb model. Worked really nice indeed !
Connected it straight to the motherboard connector. But as far as I re-call it was a 44 pins module (not 100% sure about that)

Re: What would be a fair swap?

Well if you want a "special" Atari nowadays you have to consider the special price since everybody is on the hunt. I could buy them in the past for nice prices, but the asking market is way higher then the offering market so prices go up (fast). The standard 1040ST(F)(M) you can get to low...

Re: using external floppy disc drive to tranfer

Well not all USB drive are equal good in creating Atari floppy's. I have good experience with TEAC drives (some models of USB Dell) and bad with YE-data (brand x). The TEAC formats under Win 7 still good DD format, but the YE doesn't really work good on DD and even seems to have problems with HD for...
