can someone remind me of the format of the (NVDI) .pal file, I know its binary, but what are the RGB orders, and there bit depth. BTW you should be able to "convert" using Grafx2 (open PNG, check palette, save as PI1, verify palette) - but dont quote me on that, I have not tested

would it not be better (in this case) to provide timer="normal" as sub option for fast-forward (defaults to timer="fast-forward"or "sync"). I can see where sometimes it might be useful

there is basic printer support, but fVDI has option to "pass-thru" printing to NDVI

I hope to see new release of fVDI with all drivers (mentioned earlier by Eero) sometime in near future
