I once asked the dev about porting it to MiST, the reply was that was impossible due to the small size of the MiST's FPGA..

Re: minimig core: can't write config

Thanks I just ordered a new SD, no issues to write on other cores, eg on ST core I can save the desktop, create a folder etc, so writing the card is fine. Its no big deal anyway now, as the core can (over)write on the existing minimig.cfg and that's strange it can write on an existing file but can't...

Re: minimig core: can't write config

Nothing like this, I already tried other SD, I found on the githud a file called minimig.cfg, and the core can save the default config, looks like a bug, (I had the same issue with the ST core, and I had to copy the cfg manually) what's the suggested format for the minimig-aga , FAT32 or FAT-16?

minimig core: can't write config

Hi,

As the subject says, there is no way to save the configuration on minimig-aga.
There is a message "can't ... "something too effin fast to read.
Do I need to create those config files manually ?

thx

Re: CP/M on MiST?

Are there any cores which emulate a very basic Z80 or 8080-based computer that runs CP/M? Bonus points for something that outputs to a serial port somehow to attach a terminal, or emulates one with the VGA output... not exactly what you want, I would like to see one too!!, MSX core can run CP/M bin...

Re: I think my MiST's SD reader is starting to fail

Lately, my MiST has been having issues reading all my SD cards on boot new and old I have to power cycle and remove and reinsert the cards many times before they are read. When I turn on the MiST most of the time the red light just blinks and doesn't read the SD card and it's a lengthy process of t...

IIRC only the Suska-III-C has Falcon (and ST/STe) core (under development anyway).
I think Suska-III-B is next, but , again, I am not sure about the development progress.

Re: New Joystick test screen in 8-Bit OSD

I can't get my SFC30 to be recognized by the MiST... do you need to do a certain button combination to put it in the right mode? Did you update it with the latest firmware? [http://www.8bitdo.com/sfc30/firmware.html] Not a certain button combination, I just plug the cable to the joypad+ MiST, IIRC ...
