Mounting cifs share to Windows 2012 R2 in domain

Hi guys Just got my Cosmosex installed into an STe (TOS2.06, valid DMA chip), having ordered it around Christmas time. I've opted for an internal fitting, with keyboard passthrough, ACSI via the external port, and using floppy ribbon/power. It's taken me a while to get my head around everything, but...

Interest in my Falcon + CT60 + Ethernat?

Thenameofthegame has already agreed to buy it along with the ethernat board and memory. If he changes his mind I'll let you know.

Re: Interest in my Falcon + CT60 + Ethernat?

I'm still in two minds about what I want to do. I don't think I'd want to ship it outside of the UK if I do sell it. I certainly want to sell the CT60 and Ethernat board as I just won't get any real use of them with my casual retro stints. But I'm guessing anyone who wanted a CT60 and has a Falcon a...

Interest in my Falcon + CT60 + Ethernat?

Hi guys Not a regular here (although I should be), but I was mucking around with some Atari kit of mine this week and finally got around to testing my CT60 board I received in 2007 !! It worked first time in my base Falcon (14MB) with a 256MB SDRAM Dimm I had reserved for it ages ago. Both the Falco...

Re: GamebaseST v3.1 > v4.0 Progress List

Unfortunately it was never run from an ISP as such, but rather a direct domain registration from joker.com, including DNS, then pointed to Pauls webpage. I've gone back to check, but there is no option to re-acquire the name as it has now been registered by another entity.

Re: GamebaseST v3.1 > v4.0 Progress List

Hi Guys Very long time since I've been around here, but poked my nose in while I was checking out some bookmarks. I believe I can explain what happened to the http://www.gamebasest.com URL. I had the name registered up until recently, and it was using an old email address I hardly use now as its adm...

Paul is a true devotee

I'd like to welcome the new members to the team, and also praise Paul (again) for all his hard work over the last year. I remember 1 year ago I was showing the first release version of GBST (0.2) at Jagfest with just 200 games entered in (and that took an age cos we were very fussy). He is now over ...

The old link gets redirected to here now:

Looks like we won't have to wait even an extra day with any luck. Only question now is whether the existing orders will be transferred or a refund/re-order is in, er, order.

Music by Design was one of my "daily" visit pages because of the Revival ST album. I am shocked by the news today. I can't imagine what has happened, but I'm sure everyone here wishes Neil and his crew the best in what must be a very difficult time. I'm happy to wait for my refund, and would be even...

Nice upgraded Atari 130XE just put on eBay

I've just put a 320K Atari 130XE up on eBay. It also has a Multi-OS chip installed, and is bundled with a IDE interface. Boxed and in excellent condition.

OK, we're back in business ! Since posting here Paul has contacted me and he is sending the latest version with over 600 games to me in time for the show. I'd like to push for an all-in-one release with an automated installer so people who don't like configuring all the options manually (paths espec...

No answer from Paul

I was hoping to show the lastest version of GamebaseST at Retrovision 5 next month, but I've not been able to get hold of Paul since my last message to him in late September (when we chatted about some new computers we had got). I had hoped it was just a temporary thing, something wrong with his com...

Hi Felice Yeah it was a good 2 days, we had loads of fun playing some very old games, including doing a little tournament on the Atari 2600 and Video Olympics (Which Nick Harlow and myself won as team Atari). It was a bit dark because as soon as everyone had setup the organisers turned the lights of...

At which point exactly do you get that error? Installing the GB frontend v1.1 or GBST v0.2? Or is it when you run the gamebase engine after install?

You could check over at gb64.com for anyone having install problems, I'm sure there is a fix for it.

GamebaseST v0.2 Released

Hi Folks After a very intense few weeks we are now ready to release GamebaseST v0.2, which completely supercedes the previous version. We hope you enjoy playing around with it as much as we have in creating it. We have laid down a framework which allows every game to be configured with the best ST e...

I've not had any luck, with that last link or with any of the previous international suppliers of Marios adaptor. Its not looking very good which is a real shame, I really would like to be able to fit a 2.5" into my STe.

Wanted - 2.5" HD / TOS2.06 kit for STe

If anyone knows where I can get one of those kits that allows a 2.5" IDE drive to be fitted inside an STe, with or without TOS 2.06 please let me know. I'll be monitoring this thread. Cheers
