Re: Atari on home network

Like I said, Sharitylight is very picky on SMB and slight changes in the protocol will make it not work. I am not sure how compatible is the Mac OS SMB with this tool. MS had to patch it's SMB to make it work. If MacOS is not compatible than Apple will have to patch it to do the jobs. Edit: to clari...

Re: Atari on home network

You can mount your Windows shared folders via sharitylight directly on your Atari just like it is one of your drive. It's similar to using NET USE on a DOS machine to access the drive. https://sites.google.com/site/probehouse/networking-the-atari/mounting-a-windows-shared-folder---sharitylight This ...

zView do not have much settings, so my guess is it may be the Set Application settings, but I do not see any where that's not default. In any case my current setting for zView is Start directory: Application Is used to open; *.jpg, *.gif, *.pdf is used to show: *.jpg Option compare full path: ticked...

Re: PH Gmap - Google maps, Street View, Routes, GPX & more

From your description, you must be using Thing! v1.50. v1.50 will just run zView on first click of the thumbnails. Subsequent clicks on thumbnail, will display the photo. ( make sure the MAP window is topped when you click on it, otherwise it just top the map window). For older version v1.27, v1.29 ...

Re: PH Gmap - Google maps, Street View, Routes, GPX & more

PH GMAP v2.41
Implements a different call for Thing! to display JPG files.
So now Thing! users can also click on a thumbnail on the map and get it to display the photo.

Get it from the usual download place.

Look at this for partition on various drivers https://wiki.aranym.org/afs/hd_partition_atari
It is old, as it mention hddriver 8.13, it is now v10.
But the rest of the drivers and tools are as current as you get.
