The external Blitter is U205. What should I do with R224/225?

Is it even possible to swap the MMU/GLUE chips?

Re: Mega STE motherboard non working

I have a Mega STE Board with original C300589 and a external Blitter chip. R224/225 are both 4,7k.

I swap the C300589 for a C302183-002/B and put the external Blitter out of this socket and put for R224/225 0-Ohm resistors in.

Is this right or have I to do something else?

At the emulator.bib is it set to 640x400 pixel. May be your monitor setting not correct?

As Network card you need a NE2000 ISA adapter. I use a ISA card with RTL8019 Chip or one with UMC Chip.

I think you need to work with the Network card a PuPla/2 ...

Kessler electronic have ISA Slots "SLOT98W" ...

You have to straighten up and cut the pins. Digikey have these slots too.

Re: Can you identify this 520STM RAM upgrade?

see the 520 and mega schematics ...

Ram Bank 0 = 512kB (16x 256kBx1 Chips)
Ram Bank 1 = 2MB (16x 1024kBx1 Chips)

You must disconnect Ram Bank 0 (RAS+CAS to VCC) and put 16x 1MB Chips on to the Ram Board and connect RAS, CAS of Ram Bank 0 to the Ram Board.
