exxos, maybe the IC is giving problems due to heat generation. i´ve encountered some PCs who gave memory errors and then i found the northbridge was heating up and causing the errors. putting a fan solved the problema (at least at the time). i can loan you a FLIR ONE camera if you want. it´s really ...

This seems a really interesting project. I'm sure many users would relish the chance to have better graphics but especially the ability to use modern monitors...

1988 when my older brother had a 1040STfm as a birthday presente.... i counted that one as a gift for me too! he was 14 years old, i was 11 and it didn´t take me a week to dismantle the whole machine with an ST Format magazine on the side with pictures to guide me... put it back together and it work...

After going through about 50 floppies on the PC that would not format, finally one worked and I copied the Falcon system disk to it.
