Re: New HxC Files selector/Manager available !

I love this interface with my HxC USB [smilie=greencolorz4_pdt_12.gif] I do have an issue with the recent BETA firmware 3.0.8.2a that supports the ST/IMG disk images seems to corrupt the CFG file, and refuses to recognise the USB disk on the next cold start, :( will test this again tonight. Unless i...

Re: MicroCosmos sad news...

Timing depends, of course, on the CPU as well. I don't have personal experience with the CMOS part, but the 68HC is supposed to be fully compatible, even on undocumented features. The asynchronous delays in the same cycle, such as tCO, are probable smaller (note that doesn't mean less cycles). Conc...

Re: Advice on disc emulator and recomendations

I tried converting an .msa to an .st with the HxCFloppyEmulator for Mac and it worked great - HOWEVER - the .st file is now 819kb and too big to put on a floppy and transfer to my Atari ST - what can I do? It is not "too big". this is just a 82 tracks 10 sectors per track floppy. you can ...

Okay, I dint know that, I found a program that easily and very quickly converts from MSA to ST What is recommended to convert either to HFE? Thank you. The HxC software for sure (you can use the batch convert for a mass conversion)... : http://hxc2001.com/download/floppy_drive_emulator/HxCFloppyEmu...

Wrong... update the firmware you will be able to read/write to ST files:

New HxC Files selector/Manager available !

A new update of the files selector for all the SDCard HxC Floppy Emulators (Rev B/C/F/Slim) and HxC-Gotek Floppy Emulators is available. This is a major rework of the interface. I hope that you will like it. (Note : The Amiga version was also updated). stmanager2.JPG stmanager1.JPG To get it : http:...

surprise, "get files" does not let you chose files. But drag/drop works. so open a file browser. I used nautilus (gnome default) and dragged my *.TOS files over. when floppy image is as you like, click on "save/export" (you can directly write to the SD card if you insert it befo...

The HxC software allows this without problem. Just open and export the msa file to the wanted stream file format (*.raw or scp).

Should I make a limit on number of files? There are >100 in some folders.. I have made a "games2" folder with about 40 titles in, and that seems to load faster, I guess there are too many to handle? It does however take a long time to load the Games folder.... which itself only has other ...
