Re: We must not forget to implement these British microcomputers of the 80s in FPGA

Moore's Law has become the law of The Brute Force. Where there are no limits of CPU or memory, everything is resolved at a high level. In the 80s we learned to squeeze every last byte, which allowed us to learn with a very solid base to exploit all the possibilities that a micro can offer, the scene...

Re: We must not forget to implement these British microcomputers of the 80s in FPGA

Thx slingshot. Thanks for your sincerity. I know that many of us are fortunate thanks to your expertise. I knew the Laser 500, I had one for a long time, that went unnoticed without pain or glory for being a marginal machine and had no software accessible at that time, but in any case is a piece of ...

We must not forget to implement these British microcomputers of the 80s in FPGA

Hello folks :D I introduced myself not long ago, but I am a Spanish amateur to the microcomputers of the 80s and especially lover of the Atari ST. :) I have been a FPGA user for some time. Of the two that I use the most are MiST (MiSTica) and MiSTer. I would have liked to post this post before, but ...

Re: Colecovision last new core and issues

Yeah. Maybe it's a matter of time. It does not have to be for today nor for tomorrow. It's like the Oric core, which is stopped by the keyboard itself. Without hurry and without pause, learning and doing tests and with the help of others you can get new cores, as I say, from micros that are mythical...

Re: Colecovision last new core and issues

Thanks a lot. How about Adam Computer ?. It's an expansion for the ColecoVision, well known as Model III.

Re: Coco core for mister poss port to mist

I have been praying for years that we have a port of Oric and Dragon or CoCo in MiST and MiSTer.
IF we could wait so many years with our Atari ST, every day seems closer. Anyway, all my support for those who have the audacity to make a port.

spiny, thanks a lot for your quick answer. I fully understand.
I think it's a good measure to avoid spam and not interested users. As I do not know the forum well, I do not know if it is necessary to introduce myself a little more, but in any case, very grateful for receiving me.

Re: New visitor? Your first three posts need to be approved

Hi Atari-Forum community

Is it necessary to wait for the first three approved posts to appear in the forum?

Best Regards

Re: The Obligatory 'Introduce Yourself Thread'...

Hi folks ! After many years and after resisting to make an account in Atari-Forum, now that I have a little more time, I think it's time to introduce myself. I am ron, founder of Retrowiki and the Atari ST are one of my favorite micros of all time. I am almost 50 years old and I live in Spain. I had...
