Getting random graphics corruption with HDMI only using the latest 08/20/2019 SNES core. Rebooting MiSTer sometimes fixes the issue temporarily.

Consensus on the Mister Discord was using # over ; for comments. Doesn’t matter to me either way. I will leave it up to you if you want to implement my re-write. :)

The emulator MagicEngine allows overclocking to help with slow-down, etc.
Could overclocking be implemented for this core in MISTER?

I would like to report a bug found via the 240p test suite (specifically the 512 horizontal resolution test). The core is cutting off the right side column.
