Re: SNES core

In Final Fantasy V, the english translation (GBA port patch, but also other patch versions) I can’t get past the title screen. When you press start button, the title logo flies toward you and the music fades, but the the screen stays black while the music keeps playing softly. The previous core vers...

Re: SNES core

The 20181201 release notes say that dialogs are fixed in Seiken Densetsu 3, but I still don’t see dialogs, and I still have some sort of temporary freezes.
I tried both the english rom translation and the original (no-intro) version.
Can anyone confirm this?

Re: SNES core

Great work on the Snes core. Most of the games I tested work fine. I found the following problems: [*] mega lo mania: the music/sound is distorted. It sounds like the volume is continually up and down. [*] Seiken Densetsu 3. Graphical issues. Missing parts on the screen. Freezes during first game sc...

Re: I/O Board

Okay, thanks for the reply. I will not "create" some sort of standoff for the unsupported corner then.

(By the way, yesterday I received the sdram you sent me  !)

Re: The Obligatory 'Introduce Yourself Thread'...

Hello all, I used to be all about Amiga in my youth, but I've secretly been interested in the Atari side of (home)computing. Being a bit of a hobby musician, the integrated Midi interface on the Atari ST always made me jealous. Now that there is a way to experience the Ataris ST using (FPGA) emulati...

Re: Local Sellers for MiSTer Expansion Boards

Found an IO board on eBay (I believe it to be sold by a member on this forum) but... still looking for an SDRAM board! Looking for a (european) seller that is willing to ship to the Netherlands. @Gojira54, do you still have one available? And can your board achieve clock rates of 160/167MHz? I don't...

Re: Local Sellers for MiSTer Expansion Boards

Hello all, First of all, a big thank you to Sorgelig who made the MiSTer possible, and also to all the other devs and addon board builders in this community. I fully stand by what @LeKrang so eloquently said in the above post. I've been interested in the MiST for over a year now, but until now I nev...
