Re: Joystick testing thread

I noticed that there is an option in the Turbografx core settings for Turbotap. Does anyone know if this is working? I have a Turbotap and a controller. I ordered another (brand new) controller and the correct Bliss Box pigtail for large Turbografx sockets. I am curious if the Turbotap with play nic...

Re: Joystick testing thread

@whiskeyrunnerone Did you test the Bliss-Box with DB9-Adapters by any chance? I got it running with the latest Bliss-Box Firmware and it works great for C64 and Atari-ST Core (FXCAST). It has some issues with Minimig, though. Mapping appears to work fine, but Joystick always goes downward after loa...

Re: Joystick testing thread

I guess I only updated to be able to use their GUI-Tool in Windows. This is only compatible with Firmware 2.x and the Bliss-boxes ship with 1.5x GUI-Tool really helps understanding when something does not work as expected. Updating the firmware was a pain, though. I had trouble with Windows 10 and ...

Re: Joystick testing thread

Got a new video out showing the MiSTer and the Bliss Box working together. I used an OEM Sega Genesis controller to play Vectorman! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wkSBaPWzVYc&t=401s

Re: Joystick testing thread

Anyone else run into power issues with an 8bitdo Retro Receiver? I have an SNES Retro Receiver which works well, however it occasionally doesn't power up when I turn on my de10. Turning the de10 off and on seems to fix the issue. I'd estimate the power issue happens about 50% of the time. The Retro...

Re: Joystick testing thread

Has anyone attempted to try the 4 Play Bliss Box? I just got mine tonight and will do some testing in the next couple days. It supposedly doesn't require any drivers. It is Linux compatible. Its essentially a 4 port USB hub but has 4 HDMI inputs and 1 USB B output. Its firmware upgradeable. It supp...

Re: MiSTer NES Core

I cannot get the roms to play in the NES core. After I select the core, I push f12 to get the menu and select a rom. After the rom is selected I get screen resolutions displayed in the upper left corner and a black screen. The rom never starts. I am using rom packs from smokemonster. Other cores and...
