Re: MIDI controlled YM chip drum machine?

You can indeed trigger drum notes via midi with maxYMiser.
Just plug the leads up, alter some setting (i cant remember which, have to check later) and hey presto.

Keeps on listing guys, I think I may actually buy one of these things as a little Christmas prezzie for myself and see what it was t...

COLOR only affects VDI commands, PRINT is VT52. You can use an Escape sequence to change to color in use for printing with PRINT. Try this little program in ST-LOW: CLS FOR i%=0 to 15 PRINT CHR$(27)+"b"+chr$(i%)+" Color ";i% NEXT i% Thanks! Will try that in a whi...

SiR.BenSon, the first steps in programming are the most difficult. Don't give up :) Sorry i can't help with PRINT... I think there's a COLOR command but i'm not sure, do you have a GFA manual with all instructions ? To be honest, ive tried it before, gave up, then looped that instruction  But...

And your problem above indicates that you don't even have a solid knowledge on the use of variables...

A Little Help Please?

Hello there :) Last night i was bored and just fiddling around with GFA, and i made a somewhat dodgey textscroller, something along the lines of: a%=0 CLS DO LOCATE 10 PRINT "This Is A Scroller" a%=a%+1 LOOP Although that doesnt want to run now...any help with getting it working and optimi...
