It looks like I have Beta 15. I say "it looks like" because it's not easy to spot.

Late to the party but I also wish to extend my support for this project. I hope you'll find the time and motivation to pull it through.

My TT keyboard and PeST-connected mouse work fine. Boot v2.02. Sometimes I get that annoying key repeat but it can be cured by hitting any key so not a big issue, really.

How do I set trucolor backgounds for jinnee? I've been seeing screenshots of jinnee with really nice backdrops online however when I do it, the icon labels disappear. I really want to use jinnee but this problem annoys me to no end I don't use MyAES but I seem to remember it's a known issue with Ji...

(video is still slow, People probably say that because they use 32-bit modes as they think more is better. But it's not. 16-bit means 50% less traffic on the flex-bus (CPU->FPGA) which is the real bottleneck. I was intrigued by this so I tried the 16bit mode on my FireBee. I can't say that I've not...

But what is the last version that will work on a 8+3 file system STE? I have a Papyrus X and it is all long filename so I assume was ment for the Falcon (does TT do long file names?) I need an english version that will run on my mega STE 4mb I don't think Papyrus X will be happy with 4MB anyway. I ...

Is this program, thing 1.5 or later, still available anywhere? It was on AtariForge, which has been down for a while. Useful stuff, Thorsten. I only tested the programs quickly on my Firebee and unfortunately spdview.prg froze it. Running it with the 68k emulator works though, and the other two programs ran fine as they are.

Everything FreeMiNT-related was moved to GitHub, including SpareMiNT: https://freemint.github.io/sparemint/sp ... nload.html
But don't expect anything up to date; the old SpareMiNT repo was kept for historical reasons. It's not maintained.

I must admit I have a hard time understanding why some people seem to want EmuTOS to be a perfect clone of some specific version of TOS when any TOS you may wish to run on any machine/emulator you may have is floating about on the Net. Beats me.

Out of curiosity: how much time does it take to load the atari-forum.com frontpage? Just so I can compare with my Firebee. It takes about 28 seconds. Much faster than the TT with 5 minutes. So, the loading rate of the NetUSBee is not the major problem on the TT, the low speed comes from the poor 68...

Peter, as explained above, the problem is the lack of documentation. I suspect you can't reverse engineer such complex pieces of hardware.

Latest CAB version is 2.8, from memory. And yes, it's not the cleanest application around.
