Prob get told told to fix myself but still worth mentioning, the BBC Core joystick although configured in core menu correctly behaves inverted within the core itself. ie. up is downa dn left is right and vice versa. not sure if this has been mentioned yet but i have noticed that alot of AtariAge / Homebrew games do not work on the 2600 Core. i have not tried the Mist yet but they work flawless on Stella Emu so i know the roms are good So, you can take this core and improve. if that was the case i wouldnt have ...

I am trying to get hold of exxos about his fitting service
his webshop sows he can fit the boost pcb and fast tos for £75 plus delivery

but i cant choose that option nor can i contact him

you can use a Marpet on this type board as i have installed them in the past you will need to cut off the MMU adaptor and solder the wires from the ribbon cable to the relevant points on the motherboard if the video shifter chip (inside the silver box) is not in a socket (unlikely on this type boar...

Best option for 4MB on SMD 1040 STF

Hey guys, i have found that my 1040 STF has SMD flat pack inside it rather than Socketed PLCC chips

what would my best option be to upgrade with Switch to a 4MB setup

I'm not sure if a Marpet will work

the 72 pin mod looks scary but i may try it

i have an 1040 STF that is missing the CAPSLOCK KEY (Bottom Right) the white plastic plunger is also broken

does anyone have a spare they can part with
local ebay seller does not have CAPSLOCK available

i have repaired many first check there is power in at the 9V side by the plug connector and then at the regular 9v in adn 5v out using a official PSU then dont worry if you get 14V input this is due to it being a standard ISO and has a drop with load once you have determined this either fix voltage ...
