Don't let them get to you. Theres always yin and yang in this universe, people who oppress will always end up oppressing themselves.

Perhaps message the TT expert Tuxie and I'm pretty sure that Tenox might know since he developed the TT to VGA ECL adaptor.

Re: USB Mint no drive letter is assigned

Hey man I read your blog about swapping the falcon motherboard, with the old one not working without the ct60. You probably forgot there is a jumper under the expansion headers you need to put back on, that's all.

Ok I'll try a different monitor. Although this is a 'sampling option' so it should not effect the digital output, my logical brain tells me :)

Re: TT030 VGA picture quality

I've now found the optimum settings for all the display modes (the timing for ST Low & TT Medium slightly change re: "sample rate"). Sampling opt> 640x480 Adv Timing> H.samplerate: 1023 H.backporch: 128 V.backporch: 29 Allow upsample2x: on Output opt> 480p/576p proc> Line 2x Hey man, ...

Re: Power Supply Centuriontech or Exxos

Surely you should be choosing quality in those machines. Also there must be a good reason for exxos using that style of transformer, I think it would provide smoother power.

I don't like this persons account being an 'advertising' account for an online shop, I personally think such accounts shouldn't be allowed.

Re: Falcon crashing when moved

The corrosion would suggest a previously humid environment. I would get a can of Pcb cleaner and an antistatic brush, give it a thorough wash down and let it dry. Just to make sure that any environmental factors are eliminated.

I put a heatsink on the chip and also drilled some holes in the case to let hot air out. I thought fans might be overkill as it is designed to run hot anyway.

To be honest the best solution is to have a Gmail account that forwards all of its emails to a regular account that you own, then using the Atari from the regular account. This is what I do.

To get an LCD capable of over 100hz you will only find this with modern 'gaming' monitors. Which also means wide screen. Although I doubt that you would find one with VGA input.

Re: I just bought a TT030!

SCSI2SD works really well with TT along with HXC floppy emulator. I placed mine both in the HDD bay. Where can I buy a SCSI2SD adapter that is known to work with the TT? Just anyone on e-bay or is there a more reliable source for them? I would recommend storm thunder and lightning. I have just sold...
