Re: The "New horizons" of the new Atari brand.

Well, I do not measure progress sexualizing fictional characters and video games. I am a musician: I do not distinguish between music for heterosexuals and music for gays. If I were a gay coder: I would be offended to use myself as a carnage only for the money. P.S. Finally you will be right: 2017 i...

Re: The "New horizons" of the new Atari brand.

The year is unrelated to the subject, it would be equally absurd in 2027 or 2037: I understand that it is a use of sexual tendencies of a collective that feels satisfied to be used; It seems that both sides recognize their symbiosis of advertising and with that they are content. Of course the money ...

The "New horizons" of the new Atari brand.

Well, we already knew the facet of the new Atari with slot machines and online casinos, but now "Broaden his horizons" using sexual collectives. I wonder if they will make versions of "Custer's Revenge" men with men and women with women. Regards. https://www.engadget.com/2017/08/...

Re: AMIGA: MIST vs Pi3 vs Vampire/real Amiga (4000?)

I am sorry. I tried to edit my post (a correction in "No" replacing "Not") and instead of editing I have re-copied my post.
Sorry.

P.S. I will not dwell on this issue any more, there are things that are like politics and 2 + 2 = 5; Are the new times.
Greetings.

Re: AMIGA: MIST vs Pi3 vs Vampire/real Amiga (4000?)

I don't see what the problem really is. If a particular core or clone becomes "too big" for the general clone forum, we'll put it in it's own sub-forum. But until that happens all related subjects are more than welcome to discussed here. Particular cores/clones do tend to be discussed in ...

Re: AMIGA: MIST vs Pi3 vs Vampire/real Amiga (4000?)

Minimig on MiST is slightly faster than standard A1200. It's not even near to A4000. Besides absence of FPU and MMU in MInimig, A4000 comes with 68040 with 25MHz at least. And it's several times faster than what Minimig can achieve. @Atarieterno, Stop your childish war Atari vs Amiga. Ok? Don't loo...

Re: Ataribox Gone Already?

I do not know, but it seems the heirs of the mythical brand are finally are using the Atari's authentic methods.
Hopefully that is for good, I would like much a new Atari machine that it is not a VCS2600 with USB and SD.

Re: AMIGA: MIST vs Pi3 vs Vampire/real Amiga (4000?)

This part of forum is not about Atari-only. Talk about any emulated system is welcome in MiST sub-forum. It is your opinion, respectable as mine or any other. One thing is to talk about MiST and another one is to load the Amiga core, quote Amiga devices (Vampire) and finally compare with real Amiga...

Re: AMIGA: MIST vs Pi3 vs Vampire/real Amiga (4000?)

I have the impression that lately the forum is drifting too much on Amiga-related topics, and I suppose the logical thing would be to address those issues in Amiga-specific forums. It may be an impression of mine, maybe I'm wrong, but I find it a bit strange to read that word so many times in "...

Re: Apollo Team announces developing of Vampire standalone version to run as AMIGA and ATARI ST

...but how many "Vampire" to 300 or 400 € could be sold? That would be an exclusive product with inflated price... I quote myself, XD. The amount is more realistic if we talk about 400 or 500 €, is a fact that have communicated people who are clients of that business. Honestly, I have no ...

Re: Apollo Team announces developing of Vampire standalone version to run as AMIGA and ATARI ST

I have a question, if someone has some solid information, it has been a year since the announcement of the possibility of Vampire for Atari and still does not see anything concrete: is anyone really working on this for Atari?

Re: Apollo Team announces developing of Vampire standalone version to run as AMIGA and ATARI ST

I do not know that data, I have one F030 and one MKX but no CT60 or Supervidel, my interest was based on memory expansion (14 Mbytes), SCSI to SD, IDE to CF, CosmosEx and video-adapter for more hight resolution; But perhaps I speak as a musician. Well, each person is free to use their pocket as they...

I read with admiration and great enthusiasm any reinforcement that can connect to our Atari machines, and I am a consumer of quite a few modern reinforcements (I support any initiative for Atari developments), but ... I didn't read the thread properly, I see the Cubase 2 dongle has been understood and cloned, but it's the Cubase 3 which is still unknown and little done on it. Either hooking up a logic analyser (I have one of those handy) or reading the dongle direct from your own code would help no end. I'm gett...

In addition the cartridge port is used in the ST for all kinds of musical hardware accessories (SMPTE synchronization, audio recording, more MIDI ports, etc). For...
