Re: What is this graphics card?

http://wiki.newtosworld.de/index.php?title=Nova_(VME)

It is a Tseng Labs ET4000 version, can't see what specific version, but as a driver I would try MVDI v5 first and select ET4000 as graphics adapter during installation.

Daniel,

Re: Data corruption with CosmosEx SD card (Falcon/SCSI)

Daniel, had you check The new version from HDDRIVER? http://hddriver.seimet.de/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=172 It is indeed worth trying, cause I have a lot of success with the new version! As stated in the thread: " I do not know what Uwe changed, but my CT60e with this HDDriver version is ...

Re: HDDriver version 10.03 has been released

I do not know what Uwe changed, but my CT60e with this HDDriver version is suddenly able to load all kinds of demos that didn't work before. Also the issue with the CosmosEx SCSI seems to be solved (I think I read that in the changes also), no more copy time-outs with large files. I am happy!

Created Dutch Atari 16/32 bits Facebook group - looking for members

Hi all, but especially to all my fellow Dutch Atarians! with the 'recent' success of Atari Facebook groups I decided to create one myself with 3 specific reasons in mind. Just to be clear; there is no way I want to steer people away from this marvelous forum, however I hope my reasoning below is cle...

Re: [SOLVED] The most ridiculous cooling problem

Congrats. I've been watching this with interest and need to look at my own board when I finally dig out the beast as I get sound glitches and noted somewhere in the pages you noted that this is one symptom of the clock patch being incorrect or non existent. Yeah, me too. I have sound glitches in ce...

Re: [Sorted] CT60e issues

I don't see NVDI mentioned anywhere. It's mandatory. OK, my bad. I now remember having read that and on my other rig (CT63 without 'e') I have it installed by default, but mikro you have such a sharp eye and read correctly I have not installed it on the CT63e  So stupid.... quickly installed...

Re: [Sorted] CT60e issues

Unfortunately I have still similar problems, exception processing errors. This is especially trying to run demos, like dereal, which should work. What I already tried to do: - bought new SDRAM, makes no difference, both memory sticks should be compatible with the listing on CT63 website - tried usin...

Re: CT60e does not boot in 060-mode

Sounds silly, but did you insert the 060 far enough into the socket? Some force is necessary to insert it properly. Have seen / read the same symptoms where proper installation solved the issue.

You should have tried that command I suggested in my last most. Now you don't know whether your card was the culprit or something else. About the distro, not sure but if it works... ;) Raspbian is the future, that's for sure. I ofcourse did try it, but got the same error messages, I was able to dow...

Re: Cosmos not ready after boot (SCSI version attached to Falcon)

OK, fixed it. For some reason the CE wasn't able to update/repair itself anymore. Therefore I decided to remove the microSD and reimage it with the latest full image from Jookie's site. That worked, but when I tried to update from there, it screwed up again and I had to reimage the CE again (getting...

Re: CT60e, Not measuring up.

I'm going to 3D-print a supporting bracket here. I printed two of these. They go between the CT and the motherboard, and are held in place by the top case pillars. It does wonders for the CT PCB stability, no flexing at all. They also shim the top case pillars by 1mm, making up for the removed PSU ...

Unfortunately these commands do not do much as well. If I look at the output it seems there could also be an issue regarding access rights to files (system)? http://i67.tinypic.com/awpd2h.jpg http://i67.tinypic.com/awpd2h.jpg http://i68.tinypic.com/hs0zo7.jpg http://i68.tinypic.com/hs0zo7.jpg http:/...

Always when desktop starts and COPS and other accessories are loaded, and when inside COPS and double click ct60config C...

No one has a good tools for partitioning ? There are plenty of good tools, almost all available drivers have partitioning tools as well. If partitioning software doesn't work, maybe it is not a software problem but a hardware problem. Personally, I always use HDDrive. Are you aware of the partition...

There are quite a few people who are new to the CT60/CT63/CT63e and have questions about compatible memory, knobs & switches and PicoPSU's. So here are some pictures of my CT63 setup that is working stable for years in a row. No hacking required of the Falcon case, the ATX on/off button, 030/060...
