found that Dead Moon again was broken, so fixed.
Also disabled 64 sprites per line feature in LITE build, otherwise compilation takes long time.
FULL revision includes this feature.

after previous V30 mention i went to wiki to read about it and had weird feeling why it's REG(2)(3) in the code while should be REG(1)(3), but thought it may be counted from 1.

Added experimental option to display more than 16 sprites per line. This may reduce sprite flickering in some games. But may introduce some side effects if 64 sprites per line are enabled.
I've tested on R-Type: The snake enemy is improved a lot.

Added the commit to fix flickering in Jackie Chan and Operation Wolf.
Side Arm may have shacking background if you use SDRAM. With DDR3 background isn't shaking - so can be considered as OK as most people will use DDR3 anyway.

scanlines are applied to doubled resolution (2x original core resolution) and only then upscaled to HDMI resolution. Basically it's more correct way to apply scanlines as they exactly match the original resolution. Applying scanlines to final HDMI resolution won't profide the same retro feeling as i...

Order of Griffon works on VGA output. This game switches the resolution in the lower part of screen - this messes the HDMI scaler (and scandoubler). I need to think how to solve it.

it's the same on Mednafen. Actually it's possible to increase bottom blank by 1 line. I've just followed Mednafen.

Adjusted VBlank, so games affected by upper and bottom garbage should be fixed. Madou Granzort also looks proper with non-floating panel.

Looking at games in Mednafen i understand that core uses too narrow vertical blanking. Some games output the garbage or wrapped lines - all this is supposed to be hidden.
I wrongly assumed that 240pSuite test pattern should be fully visible while it shouldn't.

About Side Arm lower toolbar: is it supposed to be visible? In Mednafen emulator this bar is completely hidden below the visible area.

Mega65 uses only BRAM. That's why it can work much faster. FPGA they use has around 12MBit of BRAM (IIRC). And of course it's impossible to port it to MiST as-is because FPGA on MiST has only 650Kbits of BRAM. May be it will be possible to modify the code and adapt it to SDRAM, but speed won't be th...
