Re: Pasti images that currently don’t work.

ABZoo disk 2 (the one with "funny" folder) doesn't work in STEem or SainT.

Complains of corrupt disk with TOS 1.02 or greater, stops activity after turning the screen black with TOS 1.0 (UK versions tested) - STEem searchlight shows desktop still behind.

Re: Pasti images that currently don’t work.

4 Wheel Drive compilation from Gremlin, Combo racer from the boot disk doesn't work, everything else on the disk(s) do though. Have tried using the latest steem (tos 1.0 ST and tos 1.06 STE) and also saint. Saint crashes the emulator, steem resets emulated ST. I have no technical ability, so if anyo...

How many?

Planetemu is always a good place to start looking. Bit of a ball ache if you have 100s missing though.

List of Scene Group Names

For reference this is what I'm looking for, but for ST groups.

http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=23411

Does a list like that exist somewhere for the ST groups?

Re: Cartridges in Steem format

The problem I have with steems debug is it doesn't show all text that ultimate ripper does, I'll tell you what I'm trying to do: I have a pasti image called space fighter that requires a password, using ultimate ripper I can find all the codes just not that is needed with steems debugger you can it ...

Re: List of monochrome games?

Pretty sure you can search for high res games at atarimania. Actually just tried it seems harder than it should be. Search a game you know is high res then click high to find all that are listed, some 22 pages of them.

Re: Atarimania missing PASTI-dumps masterlist

There's well over a 1000 images in tosec plus about 2 to 3 hundred more to rename. Testing is a bit of a ball ache, but it will be done. Not a complete play through because I ain't that good at games but certainly making sure at least the first level loads and it isn't corrupt like crazy cars 2

Re: Atarimania missing PASTI-dumps masterlist

They are not irrelevant though which is the point. Why have 4 versions of a game, one with original score table and 3 with modified ones? But if pasti is not a preservation format then it doesn't really matter, when it came onto the scene I had moved away from my interest in st's and was enjoying th...

Re: Atarimania missing PASTI-dumps masterlist

Sps verify everything. Every release has been verified with at least 1 other dump. I have been testing some pasti images that have modified high score tables which is the sort of thing that shouldn't be happening. Why should we care 'bob' scored 56453 on a game. I think Batman has already got 5 vers...

Re: Crazy cars 2 (pasti)

HI Zorro 2,

Thanks for that, but I have a working version already. I have been renaming for TOSEC and was going to label both PASTI versions I have as bad, but I thought I would check here first to see if it's something I'm doing rather than a problem with the Pasti image.

Re: Kryoflux in ST emulators?

In the Windows version at least, the library doesn't support writes, which is a bigger issue than just one game. Because of that, there's an annoying alert box popping up ("command A0 not implemented") in many games and Sundog doesn't work. I can imagine ways to circle around write suppor...

Hi methanoid. I am doing some as we speak. Slow going but currently have over 100 images renamed. Obviously there's a shedload of corrections to be made too as the St has had no love from Tosec for years. If your still up for it let's go! Who knows when there's an actual release others might get inv...
