yes... I've checked that site quite a bit, but there are quite a few levels that aren't in those pictures, and also fonts and stuff that i made for them... so I just thought I'd throw out a request to see if anyone had all the graphics ripped and ready. :)

well... i am not as surprised as you. I think 10-15 years in a carton box in the attic isn't the best way to treat your diskettes. ;)

Ripped Thalion graphics?

Hi all. Ehmm... I was just wondering if anyone had any ripped graphics from the Thalion games. I spent last night going through my old ST diskettes only to find that about 95% of them were all broken. I thus have lost about ALL graphics I ever did on the ST. :-/ The old demo graphics bits aren't tha...

sink: Wow. what a compliment! I am glad you've appriciated the stuff we enjoyed making. Well. I've just discovered the pouet site thing and DHS, so I do try to check out demos every now and then. It's great to see to brilliant stuff that still are made. I haven't seen many PC demos though. I am not ...

Hey Arch. Well... I don't think that Thalion was started without any ideas of making money, and I am not sure what the reasons were that other people at Thalion started working there. I do know, however, that the reason Nick and I started was only because we thought it was fun. Another challenge if ...

:) Well... I think 'fired' is a too strong a word to use. Jas's father had his company going where they constructed temperature measuring equpiment for science purposes. So when the ST started to 'cool', it was kind of natural that Jas's father asked for his son's services. So Jas started coding the...

Also thanks for posting those articles about thalion... I can always look at the pictures.... mind you, I'm a graphics guy so I always only look at t...

muguk: Hehe... that stuff looks real nice. I wish I had something to do with it, but unfortunately not. Neither does GoGo as far as I know, since he is quite busy with his work at BlueByte where he's been working pretty much since Thalion went bust. :) jazz: Hehehe... wow. I never saw that article. ...

Hi guys. Illegal: An Cool is back in Sweden. I haven't talked to him since he returned, but I've heard he's doing good. The last thing I heard is that he is still working for the same company that had an office in the U.S... but that might not be true. AEX: Hehe... well.. I don't see Nick, Jas and A...

Hi there bro and good to see you here... :) I have quite a lot of info on Electra since we worked together for several years until 2003 (except for Jesper who dropped from the company a little earlier). We've stayed in touch after 2003, naturally. Anyway, Jesper is doing great. He's working for DICE...

Yes... An Cool did loads of smaller things on his own. But I feel that was definately the way to go. TCB were a little more 'thorough' than An Cool as an individual, so I think An Cool got restless at times and just wanted to do small fun and quick things. He never aimed to break some kind of record...

And thank you, of course. :)

Pixel Artists wanted in .se

I am not sure if this is the right index to put this request in, but the company I work for is on the lookout for a pixel artist.
If there are any Swedish pixel pushers that's on this forum and that are interested in working with games and stuff, drop me a pm. :)

Hahaha... yes... that would be brilliant, wouldn't it? Cor, too few 'serious' machines have these fun little thingies added... I think the would be a better place if you had a sync scroller, flashy graphics and other cool stuff on the screen counting down the seconds before a nuclear meltdown... *pl...

:D Hey bod. Yep. I am still in touch with Nick and Jas. We don't talk very often, but I'm gonna meet them in a couple of days or so. I haven't talked to An Cool for ages. Don't have an email addy to him, and his name is a little too common to look up in the phone book, I'm afraid. Nick is still codi...

Does anyone what happened to Dogue de Mauve? I know he worked for Kalisto in Bordeaux. But it seems Kalisto went bust, and I thus lost email contact to him. I would extremely much like to get in touch with him again. Any of you frenchies have a clue? Oh yea... for those who don't know - Dogue de Mau...
