Re: Best Falcon 030 demos?

@Sturm: Yamaha sound is not Falcon specific. Don't talk about Falcon demo and expect Yamaha sound to be something special for Falcon. That's ST stuff, or Amstrad/Schneider-CPC... I would be disappointed to see a special Falcon demo using Yamaha sound only. Yamaha is there only for legacy support, fo...

What hapened to atariforge? dev-docs moved.

Hello, atariforge.org is dead since a few days. So also all sub-pages are also not reachable without knowing the ip adresses. This is sad.

But the good news, http://www.dev-docs.org/ works for this ex sup page.

Great project. But it will be sporty to renovate the locations for an opening in 2019! Anyhow, thumbs up, I'll be there for opening ceremony if it fits in my schedule.

Re: Funky 1024 STE

What is a 1024 STE? Sorry, must have been thinking about RAM 1024 My bad.. James That's true, but it always was 1040, or as prototype also 2080 and 4160, also STE. But you are not alone, when I talk to peoples which had an ST long ago, I often hear 1024 ST. But as a real Atari fan, hearing or readi...

Re: Apollo Team announces developing of Vampire standalone version to run as AMIGA and ATARI ST

Hello, that reads much better. Honestly I understand those doubts here, I am also a bit disappointed that Apollo team announce Atari support but does not advance for our beloved machines since more than a year. On the other side they asked for support from the Atari community. The most they earned f...

Maybe you find a smart idea to get it out by the power supply and/or power switch hole if the falcon chassis, ideally together with the new power switch, turbo switch and power connector.

Swap bank 0 versus bank 1 of the memories and have a look if the "X" in the memory tests moves to other place. If yes, then replace the memory simms.

Do you know this 68020/68881 Turbo card?

Hi, I got this turbo card. It's a bit similar to PAK68/2 but it's layout is different. It has 8 sockets for EPROM or SRAM, 32 bit wide. But I don't know if it is for ST, Amiga or Mac. Any idea?

Yes, a lot of smoke. And because of so much smoke nobody sees the perspective. ANd at the end when something Atari compatible based on Apollo is available you knew it and it was your idea and you are so brilliant. I will not wear a medal, dear mate, I'm just a humble musician who still uses Atari. ...

Re: ST with weird keyboard.

These are the RTS keycaps. Here in Germany they were quite popular. They were available in two or three different colors, the one in the link might have been the most popular (ugly) one. Alternatively RTS also sold also kits to improve the key pressing.

Which XIF file for Hydra network card in EasyMint 1.90?

Hello, I am trying to install EasyMint on my TT. I want to have networking, so I have a Hydra ROM port network card. This is the same as NetUSBee without USB. The best is always to read the original source and statement, not only 3rd party news site... This is true, they will release a free version of Apollo which just behave like 68060. I hope that means also that it is having 68060 PMMU, this is not clear yet. FPU is already there and it performs quite ...

I think all of you should talk less about them but more with them. Just to summarize up the latest news: Apollo Team demonstrate EmuTOS/MiNT on all events where they go as an alternative to AmigaOS. They recently did. in France and on Amiga32 in Neuss, Germany. http://www.apollo-core.com/knowledge.p...
