For those interested I also found an old document that I have written in 2007 about connecting SCSI devices.

Re: Reverse engineering of some ICD Link adapter

First I found the paper copy of the reverse engineered schematic of AdSCSI plus I did 11 years ago. Unfortunately, I lost the schematic file. If any interest, I can redo the schematic. As far as I remember this schematic must be almost correct and complete. Here is a copy (sorry bad quality) You hav...

Re: Floppy Disk Stream Image Repository

SecretofMonkeyIsland.7z - Disk 4 seems to be incomplete and only has first 4 tracks. My copy "SecretOfMonkeyIsland (KDK).7z" is complete. :D I will have a look at it and recreate a new image. I need to create a todo list ... Seems like my SCP board is repaired and shipped back to France :)

Re: Floppy Disk Stream Image Repository

Note that many images have not been tested. Therefore there are probably some unusable images. If you find one please report. Kodak80 has found a problem with my GauntletII.7z dump. There is a new version Gauntlet II (KDK).7z dump accessible at https://mega.nz/#!4B4BXR7K!zxmXfrS_ZBCK1CXxZLzDhrsj7ery...

Re: SCP disk images !

There is nothing "pushed" to any revolution. The dump is straight without any modifications done. The index to index pulse time is used to determine the exact position of where the bitcells are split on multi-revolution images. You have to use the index to index pulse time, along with the...

Re: SCP disk images !

In most case the fact that the first value is incorrect That is not the case. The first value is correct. The value will be the duration from the index position until the end of that bitcell. If you add the first bitcell value to the last bitcell value (which ends somewhere during the index positio...

Help As I had more and more problem imaging floppies I have decided to change the drive. The good news is that I have tested another floppy drive and the results seems much better. So I decided to put it in my setup to replace the old drive. Now the bad news: Unfortunately I have connected the flop...

Re: Floppy Disk Stream Image Repository

I think we are getting close to a stable repository. I still have 18 files uploading (that for some reason where removed) I can see that you have updated 10 files and added 30 files. So the total should be around 574-575 You can remove the "rubbish" directory. From Mega Transfer Manager cl...

Re: Floppy Disk Stream Image Repository

No problem I figure out that it was a problem of synchronization. As I said I found that somehow several images were not uploaded so they are currently slowly loading (I had to cut my server for the night). 19 to go 8) I can see that you are still uploading new files  It would be nice if Bru...

Re: Floppy Disk Stream Image Repository

Thanks Jean. I now have the sync set up via the Mega client. Hum may this is the problem. You have to realize that now if you remove files from the sync directory this will be removed from the repository. So normally you should only add new things in the sync directory 8O So now it looks like you h...

Re: Floppy Disk Stream Image Repository

You now have full access to the repository ;) With MegaSync you can specify the bandwidth. So do not put it too high and it should run without problem. What I have commonly seen for MEGA bandwidth is 3-5 GB every 6H. Bandwidth is the weak point of MEGA but this is the more generous free repository :...

Re: Floppy Disk Stream Image Repository

Of course we will not remove any images unless they are same. The idea is more to consolidate. I already have several titles with KF from A KF from KF from C etc.. The only thing is that they are consolidated under the same directory. I need to cut the computer for the night so there are still about...

Re: Floppy Disk Stream Image Repository

The good news about my slow upload speed (about 3 GB in 6 hours) is that I remain below the bandwidth limit 8) I am now done with all the images I have on my machine and it is about 360 titles. Some titles seems duplicated so may need to do some cleanup I still have a lot of disks to image Hopefully...
