The Wiki is alive!

Huge thanks to Tin for doing the real work and getting the MediaWiki platform upgraded whilst preserving all the data.

Also, thanks must go to Grabulosaure who has been hosting a mirror of the wiki in read-only mode while the main site was down.

Re: Wiki dead?

Right - this does need to be sorted and I simply don't have the time to focus on it, so if someone could pm me to get this sorted, I'm sure we can work it out..

Re: New CT60 Boot ROM 1.05

Except the massive respect to insane's work done on this I want to mention one oddity (in a good sense), my problem mentioned in http://atari-forum.com/viewtopic.php?f=100&t=35445 is gone with this TOS :D Yes, we have verified that reverting back to standard 1.03d makes it reproducible again. W...

Re: 1.44 Floppy image

On a MegaSTE, there’s a bank of dip switches that can be read by software. It so happens that TOS uses E7 to toggle HD disk mode. Apparently E8 disables DMA sounds too but I never tried it. So, unless there’s a feature in Hatari I’m unaware of, I reckon it would be pretty cool to have these switches...

Re: a simple way to hide all Mist/Mister posts

I am still for outsourcing them completely from AF due to the sheer volume of posts by now. This makes sense to me - it is its own stand alone product - it should have its own forum. My issue is I consume this website via active topics RSS feed - can an active topics RSS feed be setup without inclu...

Yep - there's definitely something funky going on with the video output. If I play with the SDL options, I end up with a black screen and nothing seems to happen at all.

Re: Printing Codes

It definitely looks like ESC/P2. Could be a slightly augmented implementation of Epson's 'standard' for a specific printer. I would suggest setting the printer in WordPerfect to something vanilla like an Epson LX-80 and compare the output. I'm sure you have seen this document already: https://files....

We have the same option here. It’s called protari-wide.
You can find the setting under your user control panel (see board settings)

Re: Hello to all, My first Atari Projects so general advice please

Dumb question, but did you leave the white screen ST on for longer than 40 seconds? If the ST isn't able to read a disk, then it can take over 40 seconds for the desktop to appear.

Re: Retronic on my Falcon or TT never worked?

Let’s check the basics... Assuming you’ve set the jumpers for ST mode, next step is to run the HxC host application on a PC, hook up the HxC emulator to a free USB port on your PC and fire it up. It’s been a while since I used it, but from what I remember, the app converts the MSA/ST/STX/ etc... ima...

Re: Not running on my STFM

It takes a bit of time for the Pi to boot its OS completely and you may just find your ST’s cold boot completes just a ...
