Re: FX CAST Atari ST core

Hi Ijor,

I was wondering, is there any way for this core to influence software 68000 emulation? Not so much automatic conversion form the definition to C but some of the details that software 68000 currently lack.

Re: Turbochip - 7-channel YM+DMA replay

Dreamy.

Another relevant fact about ST & PCE crossover is that HUDSON looked into using the M68000 for the PCE, going so far as to make some hardware and games, but eventually went with their own custom 8-bit CPU.

Nice game! Walking animation is so fun.

It was a bit unexpected for the level to end when the last coin was only freed, not collected.

Re-release of "I Trawl The Megahertz" Prefab Sprout album, created on an Atari ST

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I_Trawl_the_Megahertz A title track twenty two minutes long – as long as it’s possible to get into an Atari ST midi sequencer – with no hooks, and an American female voice floating soft words across a looping backdrop of gentle ambient music. this references the limit o...

Re: Stonish.net - Atari ST Menu disks (Euroswap, FOFT, SFX...)

I created the PP site whilst at University, I was still into STs and was looking for things to make websites about that did not exist online at the time. The original URL: http://www.csc.liv.ac.uk/~u5ms/pp/ (archive.org link) Alien found the site, it was early internet days after all, sent me an ema...

Re: Stonish.net - Atari ST Menu disks (Euroswap, FOFT, SFX...)

PP menus soon? Of course this site has been up for donkey's years (20 years now?) but never did host the disks themselves as far as I'm aware. I purchased the CDs from Rich @ Little Green Desktop years ago which had them (and more) and is my source of those menus but he stopped maintaining the site...

Re: MiSTer: MiST on Terasic DE10-nano board.

I didn't mean that. Rather "I'm waiting to buy it, but I will buy it". Of course, I'm not going to buy one before it's useful to me.

With MiST I was never going to buy it due to lack of HDMI, regardless of available cores.

Keep up the great work!

Re: MiSTer: MiST on Terasic DE10-nano board.

This is really exciting. I never bought a MiST because of lack of HDMI. So I'm ready to buy a MiSTer when the cores I want are available.

Atari ST - strange this core seems to be missing?
MSX - still to be ported?

X68000 - hopefully in future

What it is, is currently empty promise with fifty changes in direction and no clear information, an unfathomably bizarre business model, and fifty different colored case renders.

Re: MiST - FPGA ST

Does anybody know what FPGA hardware they're using in this?

http://www.retrovgs.com

It's an FPGA-based console in cases made from the old Atari Jaguar moulds, with modern output (HDMI) and what looks to be decent controller. BUT (for me) it runs games from cartridges.
