Re: Legal Avalon 2.1 disks

Hi,

The files from the Steinberg site are not really corrupt. You just need to place some files in a different folder. I'm not at home but I will look.

Re: HDDriver can't boot from C-drive Ultrasatan

Hello all, thanx for your replies :) I'll get another SD card and try to follow Jookies manual better. What sd card are you using (brand and capacity)? How did you create your partitions (size - TOS, DOS or a single TOS/DOS?) I/m using a Sandisk. All TOS partitions. Is the hddriver set to look at AS...

HDDriver can't boot from C-drive Ultrasatan

Hello, I've recently got an Ultrasatan device (from Zaxon, thanx). Everything works fine except that I can't boot from the C-drive of Ultrasatan (ACSI 0). I've told HDDRiver.app to boot from C but only a diskette works. If there's no diskette, nothing happens for a long time and then my STe starts w...

Re: review about Steinberg TX-editor on AtariMusic

Excellent review which I found informative and thorough. The only DX synth I have is the Yamaha PLG100-DX board in my MU100R module, which is a genuine DX-7 and can be controlled as such, so maybe the Steinberg software will work with it. Thanx Shredder. :) I don't own a MU100R with DX-card so I ca...

Hello Zaxon,

I guess it wasn't my turn yet to receive my ordered Ultrasatan. Any idea when I can expect my piece?

Would appreciate an answer/ reaction. :)

PS I use this forum because Zaxon does not seem to read his mail.

Sorry mate.... even with 4MB, I will still stick to TOS & MagiC. Mint will run but you may have issues with running other programs & getting out of memory. Of course there are settings in Mint that will lower it's memory usage. Hit my website and have a look : phsw.110mb.com/sw-mintinst.htm...

Re: how do i install midex driver into cubase

I never got it work with my falcon, even with the midexfal.drv. On my Falcon the Midex only functions as a dongle extension port with midexfal.drv. The midiports don't work, Cubase Audio Falcon nor Cubase 3/Score don't see the midex midi ports. Someone told me long ago, the Midex needed a hardware ...

Re: Firebee (ACP) - Let's make it a REAL success!

Yes, the DSP for the FPGA is under development. It will not be ready when shipping the FireBees to the first customers. The DSP port is recently not present. But as the DSP is inside the FPGA, it can be done at our "Expansion Socket" where several singnals are in existance for addon use. ...

Hi Matthias, I really want to purchase the Firebee, but I'm a musician and not a technician/software programmer. So: 1. Is there any news about getting everything working in one box? When I look at the board, I don't see how it will fit in a standard case. 2. How about Cubase Audio and other audio a...

Wondering how board production is going on the Firebee? Would love to see some video of a board running and showing how speedy it is. Maybe one day soon we will see a YouTube video showing the Firebee in action. tj There is a video on the Medusa site now. Nothing about the speed though. http://www....

Cool! It seems like Ultra Satan is a sought after product with plenty of people still interested. It's by far the best HD alternative and far more versatile also. Re: need to know ALL programs that used black dongles?

SoundPool had nameless black dongles and there were connections between SoundPool and Steinberg. I Have such a dongle for Wave Tracker and the SoundPool Cd-burner.

The Synthwork dongles are black too, but mine (Korg Wavestation) has written Steinberg and Korg Wavestation on it.

Kind regards,
