Re: Some new Pure Energy and X-Static menus

9 missing menus from The Source. I have had a hell of a night getting these into MSA format. My Falcon decided it did not like the internal CF card, the external hard drives stopped being recognised. In the end I had to use my STe and my faulty Satandisk but I have checked the menus and they work. S...

Re: Some new Pure Energy and X-Static menus

Just found and imaged Pure Energy 81B (working), Brume has just put it on his site. I have also found a box full of "The Source" menus. Not sure if any work after 25 years sat on a shelf.

Re: Collected 3500 ST disks today

Just for the record, I gave Phil far more than just the original load of disks that started off this thread. I also handed over pretty much my entire personal collection I had built up over the years. Things like nearly complete images of The Demo Club PD Library, stacks of swapping / trade disks a...

Here it is ..... http://www.mevagissey.net/atari/falcon%20ram.jpg I have the same memory upgrade card in my Falcon, see (http://povcd.info/falcon.html), I bought it from the person in Poland who made them (well I think it was Poland). The 16MB SIMM in mine has no numbers on so all I can see are the...

Eve Online

I have been playing Eve Online for nearly three years ( http://www.eveonline.com/ ). I did a search on here for any posts talking about it but apart from a post by the late Techie Alison back in 2008, I could not find any reference. I am looking to join a corp in Eve, after a search in Eve there do ...

I bought Fast Basic years ago on floppy disk and posted the quick reference manual as a PDF on another thread. The only difference is that the cartridge version loaded faster. There is no compiler, it was always talked about but never appeared.

I am sure I have this but after 15 years who knows if it will work. I just had a very quick look through my pile of floppies to look at (450+ disks) and could not see it so I may have put it in my proper disk boxes. I found loads of stuff I have never heard of, I really need to get the old STe fired...

Re: Bat Dance DEMO

Depends what the demo was written in. Careless assembly coders often miscalculate the screen space and write beyond the screen. On a machine with less than 4MB that is fine as the memory addresses are valid but on a 4MB machine the addresses are not valid. Try using something like memset and make TO...
